Management in Bullet Points

One of the important functions that a good manager/leader needs to perform is to coach/train your subordinate. As a person who inherently likes to teach and make people understand simpler things in life, this was one part of my job I used to love. However, as the company grew, I found it increasingly difficult to make time to conduct these sessions regularly with my staff.

This is when I started to send emails to the team on various topics. I was soon advised by one of my colleagues how these emails would be useful to everybody. These emails were unique because these were all bullet points. I personally find it convenient to organize my thoughts in terms of bullet points. I think writing in such way helps a person like me who is not really a natural writer.

Today, I am starting this new blog category in my blog (aptly called Management in bullet points :P) so that I can share the content of these emails with everyone. I hope these points can be as relevant to you and your business as it was/is in our business.
